Thank you for all of the support and help you have given us. In many cases, you have already developed the solution for our problem even before we have even realized we needed a solution. I trust your program, which says a lot. At first, I double checked everything with paper and pencil, now most of the transactions I trust to be accurate and complete (I think I have lost my pencil). Thank you Eddie for putting together such a great program.

Lyn and I have been using Reservations by TCS for almost two years now and we couldn’t be happier. The program has far exceeded our expectations and allows us to spend some quality time together. Time we used to spend fumbling through the mountains of paperwork it used to take trying to keep our books straight. There are a lot of testimonials and letters of appreciation on your web site and there really isn’t anything I could add about the program and customer support that hasn’t been said by many others, at least from the Front Office point of view.
As you know, besides sharing the office with my wife Lyn at Dale Hollow Cabin Fever and using Reservations by TCS on a daily basis like most of your end users, I am also Dale Hollow Cabin Fever’s Webmaster. I would like to share with you a Webmaster’s point of view about Reservations by TCS.
Most Webmasters don’t get to speak directly with those that are viewing the pages they have created as I do. I can’t tell you how many times I have been complimented on my web sites. These are a few of the elements of the site most commented on:
a.. The presentation of the cabin pictures
b.. The list of amenities
c.. How easy it was to find the right cabin
d.. Being able to check cabin availability and the ability to book online
And best of all for any webmaster to hear:
a.. Your site is so easy to navigate
Now I would certainly like to take credit for all of this, but in fact this was all built right into Reservations by TCS. These elements of the site were there from day 1 in early 2007. I will take credit for the look and feel of the site, and how the different elements are presented. The program makes it so easy to manipulate the presentation of my pages, and the page templates are easily customized to get the look I wanted for my site.
The compliments on the site are not limited to my customers. My cabin owners are thrilled with the look of the site and especially thrilled about what the online booking has done for their revenue. I don’t have to tell you how hard it is to keep your cabin owners satisfied. Top of their list would be the content of the owners page and the ability to logon and block out time in their own cabin without calling me to see if it’s available.
Reservations by TCS makes it easy for me to cater to the different needs of my cabin owners. For example, I have five cabins that are pet friendly and the owners ask me to create a separate site to advertise the pet friendly cabins and still have all the functionality of the main booking site. Before Reservations by TCS, this would have taken considerable time to accomplish, but now, an entry page, a custom header and footer, and a phone call to Eddie on how to customize the quick search and I had an up and running Pet Friendly Cabins site: http://PetFriendlyCabins.dalehollowcabinfever.com.
I have several cabin owners that are really motivated in promoting their own cabins by creating flyers and business cards. Again creating a custom site for each cabin was no problem. A custom header and footer and I had a custom web site for each cabin with the same functionality as my main booking site. Example: http://YankeeontheRun.dalehollowlakecabins.com .
In short, Reservations by TCS is far more than Front Office Reservation software. It is a robust Reservation System that addresses the needs of the Front Office and Back Office Developers and Webmasters, and it does it very well.
Dale Hollow Cabin Fever is a hit with my cabin owners, a hit with our customers, and best of all, Lyn and I get to some time for us thanks to Reservations by TCS.

We started in the cabin rental business June of 2006 with no idea of what we were doing. One of our owners suggested that we contact TCS and talk to them in regards to their reservation software. TCS is not only fantastic software but the support that we receive from Tina and Eddie can not be measured, they have helped us in so many ways.

I am writing this letter to commend The Company Software, known better to us as TCS, for their outstanding customer service and product development. This vacation rental management software has allowed us to expand our services, streamline operations, and customize our business model. The ease of use, coupled with simple data entry, make it a perfect fit for our Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Front Office departments. Having used similar software in the past, TCS is much more user friendly and easier to navigate. It is refreshing to partner with a software company that understands the vacation industry and is willing to go the extra mile to meet my company’s needs.
Before our conversion to TCS, I was somewhat skeptical that we would experience significant downtime, or even worse, data loss. Upon meeting with TCS representatives, I was assured that everything would be coordinated smoothly, with no major problems. I must say that they were right on. Not only did the conversion go smoothly with no problems, but we experienced zero downtime, and the data transferred seamlessly into TCS, just as if we had been using it forever. Conversion was actually quick and simple.

When we started looking for reservations management software we were overwhelmed with the number of titles available, and even more overwhelmed with the cost of licensing them. The task of finding “the perfect software solution” was daunting. Trying to find the best value for our new business was paramount.
Several factors lead us to decide upon TCS. We were introduced to the company by a “competitor” who simply said “before you decide on a software product you need to call Tina and Eddie.” That recommendation lead us to spend more time on the TCS website looking over the features of their software. Unlike my experience with other software companies my first call to The Company Software was answered immediately by a friendly voice, and by someone that had ALL of the answers to the questions that I asked – immediately, on the spot. Other companies that we called often took days, and in one case weeks, to respond to our messages. Based on this experience and the recommendation of countless friends and colleagues we opted to lease TCS – sight unseen.
Our first look at the software came after our server had been installed in our office and the software installed for our use. We really didn’t know what to expect. We knew all of the features TCS was purported to include – but didn’t expect much more than a reservations and escrow accounting management program. We have been overwhelmed with the included features, and like another review says – TCS knew what I needed before I needed it.
Above all, the level of personal service that we receive from Tina, Eddie, and Dustin is far beyond what we could ever expect. The fact that we receive personal support from the actual developers of the software means that we receive THE answer to EVERY question IMMEDIATELY. No waiting for messages to be answered. No waiting for a technician to find the answer on a cue card. No opportunity for someone who really doesn’t know the answer to give us some bogus explanation just to keep us happy. Rarely are we greeted by anything other than a live human voice, and when we do have to leave a message it is only minutes before we receive a reply. In many cases they are calling us back before we finish leaving the message.
We couldn’t function without TCS now, nor would we want to. Anyone with questions or concerns about the functions or features of The Company Software can feel free to contact us anytime. We proudly and wholeheartedly endorse their product with absolutely no reservations…actually, we have a lot of reservations, but they all came in through our new online reservations system thanks to TCS.
For about a year now I have been using TCS

Eddie & Tina,
I would like to take this time to say Thank You so much for TCS. I love the program, it has saved me some long hours at the computer, when I am doing my home owners statements each month. Before I bought TCS I had to take all of my reservations one by one and enter them into my computer to see what that I owed my homeowners. Then I had to go through all of my advance reservations, just see exactly how much money that I had to leave in the bank in my escrow account. With TCS all I have to do is push a button and it will give me a total, which is a real time saver. I am still learning new things about the system all the time, which thrills me to death. I am loving my on line reservations, it is like having an extra employee with out having to pay out anything extra. TCS more than paid for its self in the first 6 months with online bookings.
I can't wait to see what is in the new updated version, this one is such a life saver.
